Global Web Systems Platinum Series, capable of 45,000cph, and consisting of:

• 6 G-145 towers equipped for coldset printing through GWS221 Jaw folder configured in half-fold (resulting in 48 full-color tabloid pages in single run)
• 2 G-145 towers equipped with PRIMA UV Dryers for UV semi-commercial printing through a second GWS221 Jaw folder configured in half-, quarter- or double_parallel- fold, together with notch- or cross-head perforation (resulting in 32 full-color A’A4 pages in single run)
• All towers are equipped with Smith spray dampening, Perretta ink controls, Quadtech automatic registration and Jardis automatic paper splicing

SHEETFED PRINTING

• 8-colour perfector machine with option of 8 colour straight and automatic plate change. Max paper size 720 x 1020 mm. Max size for producing 16pp to view 246 x 175mm
• 4-colour machine with automatic plate change. Max paper size 720 x 1020 mm. Max size for producing 16pp to view 246 x 175mm
• 2-colour perfector machine with the option of 2 colour straight and automatic plate change. Max paper size 720 x 1020 mm. Max size for producing 16pp to view 246 x 175mm – dedicated, but not solely, for high quality text and black & white half-tones.
